Another insporing Dialogue  in Barcelona is behind us! Dialogue Unite! is a recurring multi-day event where students, researchers, and administrative staff from partner universities come together every six months for in-person collaboration. They work in task forces responsible for designing joint study programs, developinginnovations  in teaching, building partnerships with companies that support student and graduate career development, and strengthening research cooperation.

This meeting proved again to be an invaluable opportunity for the Unite.Widening project, reinforcing our shared commitment to excellence in collaboration, management and research.

During the meetings, all work packages had an opportunity to exchange ideas, align objectives, review progress on milestones and deliverables, and explore future projects to further strengthen our collaboration. A key focus was on enhancing partnerships and improving communication, ensuring that the Unite! Widening project continues to contribute to a more integrated European Research Area. In doing so, we are making significant steps toward our goal of bridging research gaps and expanding opportunities, particularly for Widening countries such as Poland and Portugal.

For the Unite.Widening project it was another opportunity to spread ideas, strengthen partnerships, ensure alignment with objectives and foster knowledge exchange. This is extremely important for the project as it aims to increase research excellence and foster a more integrated European Research Area, promoting open science and innovation among all Unite! Family

As we move forward, the valuable insights gained from this dialogue will guide our next steps in advancing research excellence, strengthening collaboration across Europe, and achieving key milestones in our upcoming projects.

Building on these discussions, we remain committed to fostering innovation, deepening partnerships, and ensuring a lasting impact within the Unite! community and beyond.

Developing skills for researchers at all career stages

We would like to invite staff and faculty from all Unite! partner universities to participate as trainers, lecturers, and mentors to design the Widening Training Series for Researchers. Join us in shaping a practical, hands-on programme that not only enhances their skills but also builds concrete collaborations and long-term cooperation within the alliance.
