Université Grenoble Alpes (France) invites PWr staff to participate in Unite! WIDENING Training: “Creation of expert communities” (November 3–7, 2025).
This unique event provides an opportunity to:
- explore cutting-edge methods for creating expert communities in Engineering Biology, Space & Tech, and AI & Cybersecurity,
- discover UGA’s innovative campus at the foot of the French Alps and participate in laboratory and industry visits,
- engage in practical workshops on research community design and scientific matchmaking,
- participate in unique integration activities, including stargazing in a mountain setting.
Participants receive full coverage of travel, accommodation, and meal costs in accordance with Unite!WIDENING project regulations, funded by the Horizon Europe program.
Event’s Highlights:
This training goes beyond traditional workshops by combining academic excellence, practical skill-building, and unique cultural experiences. Participants will:
- Practical tools for creating expert communities
- Networking with European researchers in three key areas
- Access to Unite! funding resources (Seed Fund, PhD programs)
