Unite! Widening Digital Campus Hub for companies and SMEs Presentation

Lisbon & Wroclaw Hybrid Sessions (18th & 21st November 2025)

The Unite!Widening project is taking another step forward in connecting Academia and Industry with the Digital Campus Hub for companies and SMEs Presentation, two hybrid events to be held on 18th November at ULisboa, Portugal and on 21st November at WroclawTech, Poland.

These hybrid events will bring together representatives from universities, research centres, and businesses to explore new opportunities for collaboration in innovation and digital transformation.

At the centre of this initiative is the AGORA platform, a virtual space created on behalf of the aUPaEU project, which connects students, teachers, researchers and academic staff across the Unite! and EPiCUR Alliances.

Following the ancient Greek concept of the agora — a meeting place for exchange and dialogue — the AGORA platform offers a shared digital environment where all stakeholders can access to acceleration services, share resources, and contribute with knowledge and expertise.

Agora and University Networks

Until now, AGORA has primarily grown as an academic collaboration tool within university networks and Alliances. The next phase, promoted by Unite!Widening project, aims to extend its reach to industry partners, fostering stronger connections between academia and business, and encouraging SMEs and innovation hubs to engage with university-driven research and innovation ecosystems.

The Digital Campus Presentation will showcase the first features of the platform — including access to digital resources, virtual mobility, and integrated collaboration tools — and highlight how the Digital Campus can contribute to a more connected, inclusive, and innovative European Research Area.

The programme

The programme includes institutional and companies’ speakers, a presentation on the AGORA platform, and an interactive session that will invite participants to share their perspectives on the future of the Digital Campus.

Interested participants are invited to register through the dedicated links for each event:
