Today, 21 November, Wrocław University of Science and Technology is bringing together academia, business, and innovators to explore the future of digital collaboration in Europe. As part of the Unite! Widening Digital Campus Hub for companies and SMEs, the event builds on ongoing initiatives while giving them fresh momentum — fostering knowledge exchange, innovation, and cross-border collaboration.

Digital Campus Unite! — connecting ideas, people, and technologies

Attendees are discovering the key features of the Digital Campus: access to digital resources, tools for virtual mobility, and seamless integration across multiple platforms and services. These solutions already enable real-time international collaboration, and their continued development promises to connect partners across Europe even more effectively within a unified digital ecosystem.

The event also strengthens engagement with academic communities and innovation networks — a process that is already underway and will expand over the coming months, enhancing cooperation between universities and enterprises across the continent.

Wrocław Tech: a leading digital innovation hub

Prof. Renata Krzyżyńska, Vice-Rector for External Relations, highlighted how the Digital Campus supports integration between widening and non-widening countries in education, research, and innovation. Meanwhile, Prof. Agata Klaus-Rosińska, coordinator of the Unite! Widening project, shared insights into the platform’s goals and long-term vision.

Bringing innovation to life

The event also features practical perspectives from partner companies, including Bimotech, QNA Technology (TBC), and KDG Advisory, demonstrating how European technologies are already being applied in real-world business scenarios. Partners from the Unite! Widening network, such as ARAW and Wrocław Technology Park, are helping to shape a regional innovation ecosystem that drives digital transformation.

Today’s gathering reinforces European collaboration in education, research, and innovation — building a truly integrated ecosystem where universities, companies, and institutions join forces to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
