On April 15, the Wrocław University of Science and Technology hosted the Let’s Unite! fair – a unique event that gave the entire university community a chance to explore the opportunities offered by Unite!, an alliance of nine European technical universities working together to create an innovative model of education, research, and mobility. Attendees also had the chance to learn more about the UNITE! Widening project.
The event featured roundtable discussions, information booths, and short presentations highlighting available research internships, joint research projects, online seminars, mobility programs, and additional scholarships for students, doctoral candidates, and university staff.

Prof. Renata Krzyżyńska, Vice-Rector for Cooperation with the Socio-Economic Environment, emphasized that joining the alliance is a significant opportunity for the entire university – thanks to a wide range of resources, modern research infrastructure, and international cooperation, it becomes possible to develop breakthrough innovations.
The presentation sessions also included insights from:
- Prof. Kamil Staniec, Vice-Rector for Education – on the educational opportunities within Unite!
- Dr. hab. inż. Agata Klaus-Rosińska, Prof. PWr – on the activities within the UNITE! Widening project
- Mgr inż. Honorata Poturaj and Inż. Marcel Sobecki – who shared a young researchers’ perspective on participating in the alliance
Organizers provided guidance on where and how to access the available offers and encouraged attendees to make active use of the programs. Let’s Unite! was also a great opportunity to meet the people behind Unite!’s initiatives and ask questions in person.

A big thank you to all participants and partners for your engagement, valuable conversations, and the inspiring atmosphere!
