As part of the Unite!Widening Summer School @ ULisboa: Innovation & Training Days, the University of Lisbon is hosting a series of four mentoring workshops designed to promote knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration and networking within the Unite! alliance.

The first two workshops focus on two major societal challenges:

  • WS1 – Health & Digital
  • WS2 – Urban & Circular Economy

Bringing together academics, researchers and innovation experts from universities, research centres and industry, these workshops combine keynote presentations, interactive discussions and networking opportunities.

Workshop 1 – Health & Digital

This workshop explores current challenges and opportunities at the intersection of healthcare, digitalisation and technological innovation.

Participants will discover recent advances in precision oncology, digital twins for personalised medicine, sustainable technologies and emerging digital health solutions while engaging directly with experts through an interactive round table.

Workshop 2 – Urban & Circular Economy

This workshop focuses on sustainability, circular economy and innovative urban solutions. Topics include smart cities, urban digital twins, sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy and industrial innovation, encouraging dialogue between academia, industry and public stakeholders

Who should apply ? 

Researchers in different thematic areas PhD students, Pos docs and Young researchers, professors.

Important information:

WS1 and WS2 take place simultaneously. Participants may register for only one of these workshops.
